The purpose of this policy is to show you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal data, including your rights under current laws and regulations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we control and/or process your personal information in the following ways;

Consent: By placing an order you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purpose identified. This information includes: Name, full address, contact number and email address.

Sharing your information: The only third parties given your information by us are Royal Mail, Parcel2go, ParcelMonkey, WiX Payments (for card payments) and Paypal / Clearpay for payment. These are all safe but if you are unsure please see these providers for their privacy policies.
We will never sell or give your information to any other person/company.

Data Retention: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw your consent or it is determined consent no longer exists. No hard copy of your details will be kept by us, we use details off each order as they come through.

Our company website is hosted on the wix.com platform. Wix.com provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through wix.com's data storage, databases and the general wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Please see Wix help centre for further info on their Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, please contact meltsandbeyond@gmail.com or click the "Lets Chat!" Option on the website, as soon as possible and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are only offer on mistakes which are made by us - Melts and Beyond. We will not offer a refund if you order the wrong product. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product if you are unsatisfied. We do not offer returns / refunds on broken wax melts, we try our hardest to prevent breakages of wax melts but once it leaves HQ we cannot predict how it will be handled by Royal Mail or Courier. If you receive a wax warmer and you are not happy with it, please contact us within 14 days. We will only offer a refund once the item has been returned in unused condition. 

 Safety Information

CLP is provided with each product, and lists the allergens within the product. My contact details are on there in the case of an emergency (i.e the product has caused a skin reaction). SDS Sheets are available upon request. 

Keep all wax melts and burners out of reach from children and pets. Do not burn around a draft. Ensure your burner is thoroughly cleaned before replacing a melt. Only use wax warmers if you are in the same room at them.
