WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX? 

CREATE/ADD TO OPEN BOX OPTION!! This is a way of accumulating orders and only paying one lot of postage. Selecting the open box  option means your order WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED instead it is popped aside at headquarters. You can then add as many new orders to you box  as you like. When you are ready and wish for your orders to be posted you simply close your open box by selecting this postage option at the checkout and this will allow you to pay the postage. PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that are made whereby the open box

option is selected by mistake you will be expected to cover the postage cost.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! As of August 2020 we offer E-Giftcards via gifted.co !

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Secure payment is available by using WIX Payments or Clearpay.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, please contact meltsandbeyond@gmail.com or click the "Lets Chat!" Option on the website, as soon as possible and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are only offer on mistakes which are made by us - Melts and Beyond. We will not offer a refund if you order the wrong product. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product if you are unsatisfied. We do not offer returns / refunds on broken wax melts, we try our hardest to prevent breakages of wax melts but once it leaves HQ we cannot predict how it will be handled by Royal Mail or Courier.
